Hong Kong serves as the global hub for trading and capital operations, Beijing acts as the operations center for downstream industrial clients, while we maintain resource partnerships and mine investments in Australia and Africa.
Our dual-engine strategy combines trading and investment: trading generates stable industrial cash flow and builds client networks, while mine investments capture long-term resource value. Together, they create a full-chain loop from mine to market.

Established long-term copper concentrate supply partnerships in Australia and launched investment projects in Africa's copper-cobalt mining belt.

Alongside co-shareholder Liza Cheng, the two founders blend international capital expertise with deep China industrial networks to steer the company's prudent and global growth.
Based in Hong Kong, Ryan Franceschi founded Crossover Services Hong Kong and leads the group's global strategy, capital operations, and key partner relationships across Australia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Based in Beijing, Liza Cheng oversees China's operations center, managing downstream smelting and processing client networks as well as supply chain delivery.
